Southwest Specialty Foods' Pure Jalapeno only has three ingredients: Jalapeno peppers, salt, and vinegar. This green sauce, similar to a thick pepper mash, captures the delicious, veggie-like flavor of a natural Jalapeno pepper. Pure Jalapeno is great with most meats, especially fish, chicken or pork. It adds a nice medium-heat kick to soups, salads, and quiches, and you can also mix it with sour cream to make a unique dipping sauce.
